At It's Me Time , we want your experience to be simple, enjoyable, and seamless, from the moment you order until you open your book. Here is all the information regarding delivery and our return policy.
Delivery
Free delivery on orders over €50: For any order of €50 or more, standard delivery is free.
Delivery charges for orders under €50: A surcharge of €4.99 is applied.
Delivery within Metropolitan France: We deliver everywhere. Delivery times generally vary between 1 and 3 business days depending on the destination address.
Fast shipping of in-stock products: Available items are shipped within 48 hours maximum via Colissimo with delivery within 3 business days.
We always make sure to prepare and ship each order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your time without waiting.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, no worries. You have 30 days from receipt to return the product.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in its complete packaging.
To make a return:
- Contact us by email at itsmetimecoloring@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the product with all its accessories and documents.
- Ship the package with the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will issue the refund to the payment method used, within 7 to 10 working days.
